According to reports, she initially thought the object was part of the food before realizing it was alive. A video appearing to show a small pink, newborn rat-like animal quickly spread online, shocking viewers. Hong Kong food safety authorities reportedly seized the meal and launched an investigation into the restaurant\u2019s preparation, storage, packaging and delivery practices.
